Captain should lead from the front

In IPL mumbai indians was favourite of large no. of cricket fans even which are not mumbaikars as it leaded by our master blaster or God of cricket and they started brilliantly by beating last year finalists in their first game and did not disappoint their fans all over the country . But after that they collapsed so badly except their knight riders games . And i think it is due to flaws in captainacy of sachin besides that he played extremely well.Their bowling was best in this season as they contained the opposition in b/w 120-140 but batting was worst .I think sachin got scared of coming top the order in later games so he send lower order batsmen like harbhajan or WKP to open or second down.They could not chase 120 in kings XI game,they loose early wickets of sachin , jayasurya ,at that time some one needed to set and just kept on rotate strike but he send harbhajan who just went for big shorts and got out.If harbhajan would be send at last moments after jp dumniy it would be mumbai,s game. Harbhajan also alleged that captain did not use him at right time.And i also think he did not use talent Nayyar properly (or did not show believe in domestic players).I am not criticising sachin as batsman but as captain,he could not bear the responsibilities to lead the side.
